Residence Text Message Opt-In Form

The Luther College Residence Office is offering a one-way texting service as an additional means to communicate with our residents. Residents will receive texts from the Residence Office (one-way). Residents do not have the option to reply back. We will continue to communicate with our residents via email, newsletters, posters, by phone, and in person.

• Eligible residents must be living in the Luther College Residence at the University of Regina.
• Luther residents must opt-in to benefit from the service.
• Luther residents may opt-out at any time; please allow 10 business days for processing of request.
• Residents do not have the option to reply back to the texts. Please continue to contact the Luther College Residence Office via phone, email, or in person.
• Residents will receive approx. 15-20 per semester during the academic year for residence related matters only, and may receive additional texts for maintenance information and/or emergencies.
• Standard texting charges may apply.
• Personal information including first name, last name, email address, student number, and cell phone number may be shared with a third party (parties) but only for the sole purpose of administering the texting service.
• Luther residents are removed from the list following move out.
• Residents will be removed from the list if their residence status becomes inactive or if they move to a different place of residence.
• Texts will come from 1.306.988.1759; residents are encouraged to add Luther College Residence Office to their contacts.

If the terms change, all subscribed residents will receive an email via the email account provided on file.
