Welcome to the application process for housing at The Student Village Residence at Luther College!
Whether you’re a student at the University of Regina or another post-secondary institution, we’re excited to help you find your home away from home.
Note: If you are not a University of Regina student (e.g., attending SaskPoly, UofS, or any other institution), please contact us directly at luther.residence@uregina.ca or call 306-585-5333 to submit your application.
To apply to live in our student residence, The Student Village at Luther College, please complete the following steps:
Are you a University of Regina student? If yes, continue with the steps below. If you are not a University of Regina student, but are attending SK Poly, UofS or any other institution, please contact us directly at luther.residence@uregina.ca.
Click on the “APPLY FOR RESIDENCE” button at the bottom of this page. This will open the University of Regina Housing Services’ application system in a new window on your desktop/mobile device.
NOTE: There is no application fee to apply to live in The Student Village Residence at Luther College.
Click on “Click URegina login”
Register by filling in your personal and contact details. Create a housing portal ID and password. Click “Save & Continue.”
Select the blue box on the bottom left labelled “Application for: Luther College Student Village”.
Complete Personal & Contact Details (including Emergency Contact Information and Enrollment Details), Room Type, and Meal Plan Selection in Luther Cafeteria pages.
REMEMBER to click “Save & Continue” after each page.
After you have completed the Meal Plan Selection in Luther Cafeteria page and clicked on “Save & Continue,” your application will be submitted!
You should receive an email with the subject line “Thank you for Registering” from the University of Regina Housing Services (housing.services@uregina.ca) thanking you for registering and indicating that your application to live in the the Student Village Residence at Luther College is now complete.
You will receive a follow up email from our residence staff with a letter of offer to live in The Student Village Residence at Luther College.
