When you enroll through Luther College, the degree, diploma, or certificate you receive upon graduation is from the University of Regina. However, choosing Luther College means you’ll benefit from a smaller, more personalized community. Our one-on-one academic advising helps you:

  • Identify programs and classes that align with your abilities, interests, and career goals

Our Services

At Luther College, we are here to guide you every step of the way on your academic journey.

Services include:

  • Provide information on University of Regina programs and requirements.
  • Assist our students in planning their programs while making the best course selections to meet their goals.
  • Assist our students with course selection to meet requirements for professional programs including Medicine, Dentistry, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Law, etc.
  • Assist our students in interpreting the Undergraduate Calendar and navigating the rules and regulations of the University of Regina.
  • Assess transfer credit from other institutions.
  • Provide letters of permission if students wish to study at another institution for a term.
  • Support students who are struggling to be successful in their classes.
  • Provide assistance and support when a medical or personal situation affects their academic performance.
  • Provide graduation checks to ensure students will meet all of the requirements for their programs.
  • Direct students to the appropriate offices on the UofR campus when required.
  • Assist our students when applying for Luther awards.
  • Provide registration services including assistance with permit overrides and waitlists.
